Some progress on the wiring

Having completed the front section of the wiring harness, i now need to wire in the R6 switchgear and finish of the back of the harness.

Just got my plated parts back from Griff's in Bristol. Chuffed

Not very exciting but I used an old HTC phone to capture the build. Some bits. like when I was trying to find the handlebars, were edited out.

This involved a lot of preparation work but  I am really chuffed with the finished article. Digger Seats in Newport did the cover.

Parts now off for powder coat in Bristol.

1st Dry Assembly

Reasonable progress. There are a few more jobs to do

• Modify the kickstart stop to ensure the kickstart doesn't take out the brake lever.
• Extend the gear linkage
• Extend the Brake linkage.
• Find a cool place to mount the rectifier.

I am not 100% convinced by the silencer location. The panniers are partly to blame for this, once I have finished with the panniers are removed I may try to move them higher.
I am quite pleased with the fairing so it will be staying for now.
Next job is to strip it down and get the bits to the powder coaters.
